Empnefseis

Empnefseis is a limited series of exceptional wine produced by Katogi Averoff winery, one of the oldest wineries in Greece.

Evangelos Averoff, the founder of the winery was a great art collector. 20 years ago he founded the Averoff Art Gallery in Metsovo where the work of many great artists is being hosted.

The new wine collection is named after the word ”inspiration” in Greek and taking into consideration the family’s passion for art, we created a series of different label artworks, figuring sketches “inspired” by famous paintings of great Greek artists that are also presented in the Averoff art gallery.

The Tannat wine variety is used as a title on each label while the Empnefseis logo we designed is placed as a gold stamp to enhance the premium quality of the wine series.
